How To Use It First, cleanse hair with the Alodia Nourish and Hydrate Conditioning Shampoo. Then, section clean, wet hair and generously apply the Nourish and Hydrate Deep Conditioning Masque. Use a wide tooth comb to gently detangle hair from ends to root. Leave in hair for 5-10 minutes and rinse. For an intensive conditioning treatment, cover hair with a plastic cap and apply moderate heat for 30 minutes and rinse.
