Francisca Francois is the founder of Aeva Beauty, an inclusive beauty brand born from her passion and commitment to empowering dark-skinned Black women. A Haitian professional cosmetologist with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, Francisca launched Aeva Beauty in 2018 after years of witnessing the lack of representation and product offerings for deep melanin tones—something she personally experienced throughout her career.

Working with diverse clients and behind prominent beauty counters, Francisca recognized a persistent gap in the market. Aeva Beauty was created to fill that void, offering high-quality products tailored specifically for deep skin tones and reshaping the narrative around beauty and inclusivity.

Under Francisca’s leadership, Aeva Beauty stands on a mission to celebrate individuality, boost confidence, and elevate the beauty experience for Black women.
