Afrigarnics was born during Jasmine's first pregnancy when I realized the market was flooded with harsh, endocrine-disrupting chemicals that can pose significant health risks.

She needed clean beauty solutions for every stage of womanhood to address stretch marks, hyperpigmentation, dry skin, and other ailments that can come with motherhood and beyond. She also sought gentle care for her newborn’s hyperpigmentation and rashes.

Inspired by her African Grandmother’s healthy lifestyle and simple beauty rituals using African botanicals, I started creating homemade beauty recipes - and the rest is history!
