Since 2009, Beija-Flor Naturals founder, formulator, and lead marketer, Stevonne Ratliff, has been on a mission to demystify natural skin and haircare by promoting simple and fun beauty routines that are as effective as they are affordable!

After suffering from hypo and hyperpigmentation and a number of other skin sensitivities, she found that there were very few natural skincare solutions, especially those that catered to women of color, so she began crafting her own products.
