Pour fresh boiling water at 195-205F degrees into a cup, drop in the tea bag, and let steep for 4-5 minutes. If preferred, place in the fridge overnight and enjoy the bold taste with some ice. Note: Each sachet can be used 2-3 times before discarding.

This tea contains high levels of caffeine. It is not recommended for consumption if you are pregnant or suspect that you may be pregnant.
