Aisha Iman Massac, founder of IC Faces Beauty, is a board-certified Master Aesthetician and Subject Matter Expert for the National Esthetics State Board. A proud Washington, D.C. native and Howard University alumna, Aisha began her academic journey as a pre-med student with aspirations of becoming a dermatologist. After earning her degree, she spent several years conducting genetics research and later worked in a lab studying lasers and skin healing.

Combining her scientific background with years of esthetic experience, Aisha bridges the gap between science and skincare to empower her clients. Through IC Faces Beauty, she develops effective, results-driven products designed to transform and elevate skin health. Her mission is to blend knowledge, innovation, and care to help every client achieve healthy, radiant skin that glows with confidence.
