Natasha Norris is the founder and owner of Skincare by CMG, a plant-based skincare line rooted in self-care, healing, and empowerment. After serving 26 years in the U.S. Navy, Natasha was inspired to create the brand through her own experiences with problematic skin and the impact it had on her confidence. Skincare by CMG was born from her belief that caring for your skin is an act of self-love—and her mission is to provide effective skincare solutions while encouraging others to prioritize their well-being and feel seen, valued, and confident in their own skin.

Outside of growing her brand and creating safe spaces for women, Natasha is the host of Voices of Freedom, a platform with over 10 million viewers. The show gives men and women the opportunity to share their testimonies, brand stories, organizations, and the products or services that define their journey.
