Grow with Us: The New Affiliate Model

We’re making an exciting shift at BLK + GRN to better support our mission of connecting our community to high-quality, non-toxic products made by Black artisans. As we grow, we’re transitioning from a traditional retail model to an affiliate-based model. This change allows us to amplify your brand, increase your visibility, and reduce overhead costs for both you and BLK + GRN. It’s also a more sustainable model — your product is only shipped once, directly to the customer, which reduces environmental impact and ensures fresher deliveries.

Here’s what’s changing:

• You will no longer need to ship products to BLK + GRN or manage wholesale inventory.

• BLK + GRN will link directly to your e-commerce store and earn a 20% affiliate commission on sales referred from our platform.

• You retain full control over your pricing, inventory, and customer relationship.

• Artisans will now take home up to 80% of the MSRP, compared to the traditional wholesale model where only 50% was retained.

• Customers driven by BLK + GRN will now be exposed to your full product line, not just the products previously approved for our marketplace.

• We’ll feature your brand on our curated marketplace, email list, and social media to drive traffic directly to your store.

• You’ll be part of a community of Black artisans focused on wellness, non-toxic living, and economic empowerment.

• The new model is more sustainable — products are shipped directly from you to the customer, reducing emissions and ensuring customers have fresher products.

• We now offer two monthly membership tiers:

  • Blossom Tier – $19/month or $225/year (save $28 annually): Includes marketplace listing and access to affiliate sales.

  • Rooted Tier – $29/month or $300/year (save $48 annually): Includes everything in Blossom plus priority placements, marketing features, and educational sessions.
