What is your return policy?
BLK + GRN aims for 100% customer satisfaction. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase. If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) days from the date you received your order. If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email us within 48 hours from the delivery date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, it is difficult for us to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
How quickly do you ship?
We ship the majority of items within 2 business days from the date of your order. Please note that jewelry is custom made to order, and can take 7-10 days to ship. All of our shipping containers are made from at least 30% post-consumer waste paper. Most recycled paper products on the market contain little or no post-consumer waste paper, only wood chips and mill scraps. You will notice that we do not include packing slips, in order to save trees! We really try to take sustainability seriously.
