Every Body, Every Day: Golden Turmeric Latte
We get a lot of questions on our favorite ways to use our original blend, and our all-time fave keeps things pretty simple.
A warming turmeric latte is an easy, delicious way to introduce GOLDE into your daily wellness ritual — and is perfect for those chilly mornings.
We like to add a bit of raw honey to our lattes for the extra immune boost (and for a touch of sweetness). You may also wish to add booster ingredients to this recipe, like coconut butter, matcha powder, or adaptogens like ashwagandha or reishi.
To start, gather your ingredients:

- 8 oz hot water
- 2 tablespoons Original GOLDE Turmeric Latte Blend
- 1 teaspoon raw honey

Start by adding GOLDE blend to your cup or other latte vessel. If you are including other dry ingredients like matcha or adaptogen powders, add these in now.

Pour hot water over the GOLDE blend.

Stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey (optional).
